  • Can I buy a voucher from you?
    Yes, contact us by email or contact form.
  • How can I redeem my voucher with you?
    Choose the work you want to buy and put it in the basket. Proceed to checkout. During the ordering process you will have the opportunity to enter your voucher code. You will see the change in the final price immediately.
  • Do I have to have a customer account to order from you?
    No, you can place your order without a customer account. When ordering, we will ask you for your login if you already have one with us, or for your address if you would like to order as a guest. We use this address as your billing and delivery address. You can specify a different delivery address in the next step of the order.
  • How do I receive an order confirmation if I buy as a guest?
    We will inform you by email about every step regarding the status of your order. We recommend that you save these.
  • Can I sell the pictures I bought from you?
    Any reproduction (duplication), distribution, rental, licensing/sublicensing, making available to the public or other analogue or digital exploitation is not permitted, unless permitted by law. However, you may resell the purchased print / artwork.
  • Which licenses do I acquire when I purchase an image?
    When you purchase a photographic print/work of art from us, you only acquire physical ownership of it. No other usage rights are granted. Any reproduction (duplication), distribution, rental, licensing/sublicensing, making publicly available or other analogue or digital use is not permitted unless permitted by law. However, you can resell the print/artwork.
  • Can I change my order later?
    No. Changing existing orders is not possible. This can be canceled by consumers within 14 days. Please place a new correct order.
  • Where can I find your shipping prices?
    You can read about our shipping costs under shipping costs.
  • Why don't you deliver in my country?
    For business policy and economic reasons, we have chosen a selection of countries in which we supply customers.
  • Which countries do you deliver to?

  • Why are customised images / prints excluded from cancellation?
    The individually produced pictures/prints are custom-made to the customer's order. They are tailored to his wishes. For this reason, they cannot be resold and are excluded from revocation.
  • There is no legal right of cancellation for self-employed persons. What can I still do in the case of defects?
    If you as a customer are an entrepreneur in accordance with Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), your claims for defects require that you have complied with your legal obligations to inspect and give notice of defects (Sections 377, 381 of the German Commercial Code). If a defect becomes apparent during the inspection or later, we must be notified of this immediately in writing. The notification is considered immediate if it is made within two weeks, whereby sending the notification on time is sufficient to meet the deadline. Regardless of this obligation to inspect and report defects, you must report obvious defects (including incorrect and short delivery) in writing within two weeks of delivery, whereby sending the notification on time is sufficient to meet the deadline. If you fail to properly inspect and/or report defects, our liability for the defect that was not reported is excluded.
  • On which account will I receive my refund?
    We will refund your money in the same way and using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
  • What are certificates of authenticity?
    Our Certificates of Authenticity confirm the authenticity and value of each work of art, giving you the peace of mind that you own a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
  • What does “limited edition” mean?
    These are exclusive works of art that are produced in small numbers. With our certificates of authenticity we confirm that you own a specific copy of a limited series. You therefore have a unique item.
